Kidous is a pedagogical app and online tool supporting teachers in their daily observation and assessment tasks. It is based on a expert developed curriculum that fosters children's holistic and individual development. With a few simple clicks teachers can perform detailed graphical analysis on all aspects of the children's development.
Pre-determined observation areas and focus points guide the teachers with automated push notifications. Users (teachers) don’t need to worry when or what to observe or how to assess, teachers can use text, picture or video. Kidous automatically gathers all the relevant information stemming for the observations in one place under childrens indivudual portfolios.
In addition, Kidous enables to visualise significant social connections between pupils that play together. However, this sosiogram is even more, it helps teachers to detect the whole cohesion of the class room, allowing them to assign kids in the most appropriate groups for play and learning.
